What AVYN stands for
Businesses built to last longer than a market cycle. AVYN holds each brand for the long term, funds it from operations, and keeps the structure behind it plain enough that a bank, an auditor, or an acquirer can read it in an afternoon. The name is pronounced AY-vin.
How we operate
Each brand goes to market under its own name and keeps its own team. AVYN carries the shared obligations: agreements, invoicing, banking, payroll, and insurance are executed by the parent, on one set of terms.
